Anand Kumar
Anand Kumar H G is a trained nurse having about 9+ years of clinical experience. He had worked at AIIMS, New Delhi and was a personal nurse to late/former Finance Minister Mr. Arun Jaitley. His interests in Public Health began while helping Stanford Design School's project alongside its students. For the past 5 years he is fully involved in training healthcare professionals to be better Health Educators. Anand is skilled in Clinical Research, Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Intensive Care, and Curriculum Development. Exceptional Nursing skills - Anand was awarded the best male nurse in the ICU while at AIIMS. In the past, he has been a personal nurse for Sri Sri's father of Art of Living.
Shalini Singh
With nearly two decades of experience in government health programs, Shalini brings deep expertise in systems design and policy reform to her role managing primary healthcare projects at Arohan Partners. A trained dentist, Shalini holds an MPH from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, where she also served as a senior researcher and Associate Faculty. In this role, her work spanned community engagement, collaborative governance, public health leadership training, and research on donor project transitions.
At the National Health Systems Resource Centre in New Delhi, she played a key role in guiding the rollout of Ayushman Bharat Health and Wellness Centres, the ASHA program, and training initiatives for primary health care providers, alongside broader efforts to advance Universal Health Coverage (UHC). She also led state-level UHC pilots in Karnataka during her time with the Public Health Foundation of India.
Shalini is a Chevening CRISP Fellow from the University of Oxford, UK.

Dr. Seema holds a Master’s in Public Health (Epidemiology) from University of Michigan and Bachelor’s in Medicine and Surgery from Bangalore University. She has wide and versatile experience in the fields of public health research and consultations, as an assistant professor, scientific writer, and research specialist since 2001.
Dr. Anindita Bhowmik

Dr. Anindita holds a Master’s in Public Health along with a Certification in Maternal and Child Health from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, Baltimore, USA, a Bachelor’s in Medicine and Surgery from Baba Raghav Das Medical College, Gorakhpur along with certifications in Gynaecology and Obstetrics, World Bank Financing for Development and the USAID Virtual Leadership Development Programme. She comes with over 20 years of experience of working with government and private sectors in medicine and public health. She has expertise in health programmes’ planning and management, quality improvement, state health insurance, research and documentation for various bilateral-multilateral-government agencies and NGOs, evaluations and innovations.
